Client Assessment

Topic Progress:

Prior to performing any treatment on a client, it’s important to determine whether or not they are a candidate for the procedure. This can be determined via a consultation.

A consultation is a meeting between you and the person who wishes to be treated. This is to be completed in advance of scheduling a client for the procedure.

While the cavitation treatment will work on virtually anyone, the ideal candidate is someone who maintains a good diet and active lifestyle and is wanting to get rid of stubborn pockets of fat. Someone who is within 10 to 15 pounds of their goal weight or has a BMI of 23-30 is best.

It’s important to note that body contouring procedures are not weight loss tools. They are designed to remove unwanted pockets of fat. Clients need to be aware that if they have excessively large amounts of fat, starting with weight reduction program with a licensed provider is best.
